Privacy Policy

Very little. This site has no user accounts and no comment sections. The only information the site collects is what you choose to type into one of our forms, described below.

Like nearly every website, the company that hosts this site keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and pages requested) to keep the site running and secure. We do not use those logs to identify visitors.

This site does not use cookies. We do not run analytics, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies of any kind — so there is nothing to accept or opt out of, and you won't see a cookie banner here. If that ever changes, this page will be updated first.

If you email, call, or mail us, or fill out a form on this site (like our contact form, VBS registration, or one of the quick sign-up forms next to our Planning Center links), we receive whatever you choose to share — usually your name, contact details, and your message — and we use it only to respond to you and care for your request. We do not sell or rent anyone's personal information, ever, and we keep what you share only as long as we reasonably need it to follow up with you and keep a record of our conversation.

Form submissions are delivered to us securely by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, and are handled under Netlify's privacy policy on the way to our inbox.

Giving happens through Church Center and Planning Center Giving, secure services operated by Planning Center. When you give, your payment and contact details are collected and processed by Planning Center under Planning Center's privacy policy, not by this website. This site never sees or stores donor names, payment details, or individual gifts. The Get Ready campaign bar shows only a combined running total for the campaign.

Our email newsletter signup is handled by Mailchimp, and event registrations and connect cards are handled by Church Center. When you use those links, the information you enter goes to those services under their own privacy policies. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email.

This website is meant for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. When a parent or guardian registers a child for an event like VBS, the details they share (such as a child's first name and age) are used only to run that event. Bridge Kids check-in happens in person on Sunday mornings through our secure Church Center check-in system, not through this website.

This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads. We also link out to services we use as a church — including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Maps, GroupMe, and Facebook Messenger. Once you follow a link to another service, that service's own privacy policy applies.

You're always welcome to ask us what information we have from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just reach out using the contact details below. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter anytime using the link in any email, and you're free to stop replying to any conversation at any point.

If we change how this website handles information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. Meaningful changes will be announced the way we normally communicate as a church.
